Product Description:
Forest City Technologies utilizes the dip & spin process to provide bulk coating applications for fasteners, clips and stampings. The bulk nature of this process provides a cost-effective method of applying the specified material. Multiple production lines allow Forest City to process high-volume jobs as well as multiple application runs. A variety of materials can be applied to parts using the dip & spin process.
Materials applied using the dip & spin process include:
- Fluoropolymers: Completely coats the part to prevent e-coat build up
- Waxes: Used to improve the surface lubricity of the part
- Corrosion Resistant Materials: Various materials can be specified to increase part resistance to galvanic corrosion
- Paint: Color coating is used to provide an attractive appearance
