FCMS-402 Wax is a microcrystalline wax formulated specifically to reduce drive torques in self-tapping screw applications. FCMS-402 is a solid wax compound that contains no VOCs or HAPs, making it the most environmentally friendly torque-friction reducer available. Testing has shown that it performs as well as other torque reducers, and in some applications has lowered drive torques MORE than conventional products.

It fluoresces under UV light for ease of identification in automated processing systems (and in the FCT coating system), and handles well in automated feeding processes.
